Speed Racer (1967) was a Japanese cartoon that became hugely popular in the US and worldwide. Larry and Andy Wachowski (the guys behind The Matrix trilogy) are directing a remake that will be released this year, and that a lot of fans await. Considering what can be seen in the trailer, you can expect a movie more of the caliber of the third Matrix movie than of the first. KITT at the 2008 NAIAS Detroit Auto Show

As revealed by Muscle Car Blog, you’ll be able to see KITT in person at this year’s Auto Show, on the Ford booth.
