James Bond crashes yet another Aston Martin
Once again, a DBS met its maker on a James Bond shooting. Following the several ones destroyed during the rollover scene in Casino Royale and the one which wasn’t supposed to take a fatal bath in the Lake Garda on the set of Quantum of Solace, the much desired vehicle hit a stone wall in a quarry for what will be the climax of the chase in the upcoming movie. Bond’s couch
The guys at Aston Martin Heritage Design, who typically create custom parts for the famous British cars, used their craftsmanship on something more unusual: a couch shaped as a DB6 rear end. It’s all handmade and would probably please hard-core Bond fans (we’ll pass, thank you). To be precise, even though the DB6 was visually similar to the DB5, only the latter was used in 007’s movies.
