James Bond to drive a Ford Ka in Quantum of Solace
Rest assured, we’re not talking about his real ride. As we stated before (read
James Bond in the carpool lane), the Aston Martin DBS from Casino Royale will come back for the lead.
But, just like in this previous movie with the Ford Mondeo, there’s a need for second roles. For Ford and the producers, it means there’s a need for product placement… The Ford Ka (previously known as the Verve) being about to be launched, it’s a no-brainer.
Daniel Craig recently said that the movie will “impress”, adding:
“I can only gauge it by how much pain I’m in, and I think we’re doing pretty good. They’ve [the stunts] started to hurt.”
Craig will be oo7 for the second time in the 22nd Bond installment, seeking revenge for the death of his loved one, Vesper.
