General Lee vs. Starsky’s Gran Torino
The Brits really have some cool car TV shows. We knew Top Gear, of course, but we recently discovered Fifth Gear and it looks like a fun program.
In this video, one of their journalist/pilot, Vicki Butler-Henderson, takes the Dodge Charger from the Dukes of Hazzard and the Gran Torino from Starsky and Hutch on a track to test their abilities and find out which of the two is the fastest. And brings up the classic question “How did they manage to do such stunts in such heavy and long cars?”
