The Knight Rider in the TIME

This just in: we’ve done our homework and read this week’s TIME and, in the People section, found an article about the upcoming two-hour Knight Rider episode.

TIME Magazine, January 14, 2008, Comeback KITT

While we don’t know what KITT is doing on the same page with the Hilton sisters and Jennifer Garner (after all, the magazine has its own Televison and Movies sections), it’s good to see that an action-packed TV serie for car nuts can make it into the TIME. They apprently didn’t care much about KITT (and you thought they were a serious publication) and why it’s a big deal that it’s a Mustang, but more about the actors:

Comeback KITT

Eighties cult classic Knight Rider will return to NBC, but David Hasselhoff won’t be steering the talking car (voiced by Arrested Development’s Will Arnett). The two-hour pilot starring All My Children veteran Justin Bruening will air in February, followed by a full series this fall.”
